EcoVision’s Gender Equality Plan​

EcoVision is deeply committed to promoting equality and social justice across all areas of its work, both internally and within the communities it serves. We openly share EcoVision’s Gender Equality Plan in the spirit of transparency and openness.

This Gender Equality Plan brings together the cooperative’s core values, policies, and practices into a single document, reaffirming a culture of inclusivity.

From its foundation, EcoVision has aimed to ensure equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, background, or personal circumstance.

Governance structures reflect this commitment, with targeted measures to improve gender balance on the board and transparent, inclusive decision-making processes.

Equality is also central to EcoVision’s work with communities—particularly in addressing energy poverty—ensuring respectful and ethical engagement with all individuals.
