What Do We Offer?
Under the Better Energy Communities Scheme, businesses in both the private and public sector are eligible for grant funding of up to 30 percent of the cost of the energy upgrade works.
Grant funding covers energy efficiency measures such as:
- Insulation
- Heating including heat pumps
- Electrical upgrades
- Ventilation, pipe and ductwork upgrades
- Refrigeration upgrades
- LED lighting upgrades
- Solar PV installations
Businesses undertaking energy upgrades can directly apply for additional grants:
A Building Energy Audit is a technical assessment of your business and will provide essential energy expenditure/saving reports. The Access to Voucher Scheme for Energy Audits awards businesses with energy bills greater than €10K per Annum with a €2,000 voucher to carry out the survey.
The Accelerated Capital Allowance (ACA) is a tax incentive scheme that encourages investment in energy efficient products & equipment allowing eligible companies to deduct the full cost of the equipment from their profits in the year of purchase.

Our Process
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
Commence your journey with an initial consultation with our project managers. They’ll conduct a basic assessment of your business, estimate costs, explore available SEAI grant funding and eligibility for Voucher Scheme for Energy Audits, and guide you through the next steps.
Step 2 - Energy Audit
Once we receive your application, we will arrange for a comprehensive energy audit of your business to be carried out.
Step 3 - Report
A technical report and pricing document will be supplied to outline the recommended upgrades and give the business owner an estimate of the costs.
Step 4 - Quotation
A technical report and pricing document will be supplied to outline the recommended upgrades and give the business owner an estimate of the costs.
Step 5 - Grant Letter
Once a grant letter of offer is received from SEAI, the customers sign contracts and pay a % cost of works. A pricing schedule is created based on the duration of the project.
Step 6 - Project Supervision
Works commence on site and our project manager conducts interim quality checks and final inspections on all energy upgrade works. The Energy Auditor performs final BER assessments.
Step 7 - Grant Claim
SEAI pay our the grant amount to business after their inspection is completed
Step 8 - Completion
A comprehensive pack at the handover stage, along with a new BER certificate, marks the successful completion of your business energy upgrade.
